Our herbal bath is an updated recreation of the traditional herbal sitz bath. Our bath can be decocted or poured directly into the bathwater, depending on the desired potency of your soak. The Ebi bath contains herbs that work together to aid in the repair, toning, and cleansing of the perineal tissues following birth.    

Size: 8 oz

Ingredients: Comfrey (Symphytum officinale)*, Yarrow (Achillea millefolium)*, Sea Salt (Sodium Chloride)*, Shepherd's Purse (Capsella bursa pastoris)*, Burdock Root*.

Instructions:

Add ¼ cup directly or decoct for at least 30 minutes into a quart of boiling water. Let cool. For use in shallow or soaking baths.

Note: Decoction allows for a more potent concentration of the plant constituents and stronger herbal action as a result. To decoct, bring water to a boil, place the plant material in the water, remove from heat and let infuse for 30 minutes to 2 hours. Strain and pour liquid into bath.
