As temps begin to drop we’re craving comfort, coziness, and warmth. Below, we share our favorite new way to enjoy The Tisane. This is a perfect morning or afternoon moment of respite whether you’re 3 days postpartum or 3 years.

The Tisane Latte

  • 1/4 c boiling water

  • 1 tsp of The Tisane

  • 3/4 c oat milk (or milk of choice)

  • 4 or 5 cardamom pods

  • freshly grated nutmeg (or use what you have on hand)

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 drop of vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Steep 1 tsp of The Tisane in 1/4 c of boiling water for at least 5 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, add all other ingredients to milk frother.

(If you don’t have one, you can all add ingredients to a saucepan over

    medium-high heat.

  3. Pour frothed milk over steeped tea and enjoy.

(If you don’t have a milk frother, pour warmed milk into a lidded jar, shake for

2 minutes or until the milk has doubled in volume).
